The COAm20 Community is dedicated to building safe, secure and discreet locations for Amendment 20-compliant caregivers and growers to live and grow.  ...no nosy neighbors, no wild parties , with community security intended to protect you,  and your property.

If you are reading this new blog,   you received the link directly in an email.

Keep this link handy, and you will be notified as we begin the structuring process.  This is not a forum or a free-speech site, this blog is an organizational tool, intended for serious conversations about our plans to organize a modern COAm20 compliant grower's community  between Colorado Springs and Denver.  Our target counties so far include El Paso, Douglas, and Jefferson, but counties adjacent to those are on the secondary list.  Each community will have one dozen living quarters,  a one or two bedroom apartment with living room and  kitchen.

We have looked at over a dozen properties from the front range to the foothills that would be appropriate, and we will make these decisions as a group once we have a dozen members on board.  Click these links HERE and HERE and HERE for three examples of the kind of properties we have surveyed for our first 8-member live-on-site project. We currently have four participants, each willing and able to invest $25,000 up front and $200/month towards this project, and we need at least 4 more to get started.  We won't require any money from anyone until the day we jointly purchase the first property. Two of our current members are self-sufficient handicapped,  so the entire property including all the unit kitchens and grow areas will be wheelchair accessible.

There are no financial obligations involved in this, unless you choose to actually invest in the project once it goes into motion.  And that will mean you intend to live on-site and join the rest of the start-up community as we build this from ground up.

Only those people who have filled out our application and have been given direct memberhip access are allowed to comment.  Any member comments are invited, but spam and offensive material will be deleted.

Community plans include solar powered grow rooms,  daily conversion-van shuttles to both major metro areas, with discreet, secure COAm20-satellite locations in Denver and CO Springs.
